  • Do you have COI? Are you able to provide proof?

    Yes, we do! We have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) available, providing coverage of up to $1,000,000 for vendor-related needs. If you require a COI for your event, please let us know, and we'll be happy to provide the necessary documentation.

  • What are your hours?

    11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

    The earliest we can be at your destination is by 11:00 AM.

    The latest we can leave the destination is by 11:00 PM

  • Will there be an attendant?

    DNA Photobooth is a drop off service so there will be no stranger danger there to ruin the fun vibe of the party! If there needs to be troubleshooting done, we will send a team member within 5-10 minutes to the venue.

  • What happens if something happens to the photobooth during the wedding?

    If the off-chance that there needs to be troubleshooting done, there will be a number on the printer where your guests can call/text.

    A team member is always in 5-10 minutes of your vicinity and will be there as soon as possible if needed.

  • What payment methods do you take?

    Zelle, Cash, Credit Card.

  • Do you guys offer prints?

    Yes! We offer unlimited prints per session.

  • How many templates do you offer?

    We will send over 1 template and allow for one revision.
